This impressive building 100 meters in diameter with its four storeys covered with lambent holographic glass catches the eye from far away. The arena itself as a one-piece complex building is sight worthy and exceptional. The building is functional, modern and totally different from the ones of the same type we are used to see. The new building fascinates with its shape, colour and extraordinary changes in the city. The multifunctional complex includes a sports arena for 5000 spectators, which will be easily transformed into a concert hall with 7000 spectators present.
